If you don't want to block your view with framing and bulking windows, 4 track enclosures are your best option. They are custom sized and made of a very strong vinyl for the sash instead of glass. You can also completely remove the sashes with ease to have a screen porch feeling whenever you want.

Yes, they are durable. The 10 mil vinyl can withstand impacts from objects that are not sharp. They are easily washable with a mild detergent (once or twice a year is usually enough). Sashes can be re-vinyled if ever needed.
